Mum Natalie on what AHFO's means.

'What does AHFO mean to us The Henry’s'...

'Since being introduced to AHFO in 2015 our family has been given endless opportunities to make precious memories and share experiences that we never would’ve been able to if it hadn’t been for them and their generosity and support.

Our youngest son Louis has Cerebral Palsy, he has a very rare as yet undiagnosed Neuro-genetic disorder and Epilepsy. Life can be tough at times with Louis often in and out of hospital and having to undergo multiple surgeries. AHFO have been a constant support to us and always looked for ways to surprise Louis and shower him with gifts, experiences, love and ways to lift his and our families spirits when we need it most.

We are all big reds in our family, Louis being the biggest red of all and thanks to AHFO Louis can say his bestest friend is a Liverpool FC player, Trent Alexander-Arnold who visits our house regularly. When they heard how much Louis loved another idol of his Jamie Webster AHFO arranged for Jamie to come to our house and meet with Louis and have a little jamming session on their guitars together. Nothing is too much for them, we could never repay them for all they have given to our family and the precious memories they’ve helped us make together.

The ultimate gift they gave to us was when they ever so kindly asked our amazing, brave son to be one of their first Ambassadors. To say we were overwhelmed was an understatement, Louis was overjoyed and we were so proud of him and thankful to AHFO for making him feel as special as he deserves. Being part of AHFO doesn’t feel like your involved with a charity, it just feels like an extension of our family. In AHFO we have friends for life who are always thinking of us, supporting us and trying to help us in whatever way they can. We would be lost without these guys and are so grateful they came into our life when they did. Thank you for everything. Xxx The Henry’s xxx
